Wholemeal Pancakes (from mix)

Makes: 2 servings (3 pancakes each)

Ingredients

1 Cup Pancake mix
1/4 Cup Pure Nutrition WPC or WPI Protein Powder
3/4 Cup Water

Directions

  1. Combine pancake dry mix and Pure Nutrition protein powder in a bowl.
  2. Add water and mix together with a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated pan (medium heat).
  4. Cook pancakes 1¼ - 1½ minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once.
