Wholemeal Pancakes (from mix)

Ingredients
| 1 Cup | Pancake mix |
| 1/4 Cup | Pure Nutrition WPC or WPI Protein Powder |
| 3/4 Cup | Water |
Directions
- Combine pancake dry mix and Pure Nutrition protein powder in a bowl.
- Add water and mix together with a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated pan (medium heat).
- Cook pancakes 1¼ - 1½ minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once.
