   Hello Pure Nutrition staff,
   
   Thanks for providing such a high quality L-Glutamine product (Cargill) at a bargain price. I was recently trying to get "ripped" for a photo shoot and couldn't afford to lose any muscle in the process. By taking 15 grams of Pure Nutrition L-Glutamine a day spread out over 3 servings i was able to lose the weight i needed while still holding on to my hard earned muscle.
