Homemade Wholemeal Pancakes

Ingredients

1 Cup Wholemeal Flour
1/3 Cup Pure Nutrition WPC or WPI Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Skim Milk
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Combine flour, Pure Nutrition protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Lightly beat milk, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  3. Bake on preheated cooking pan (200°C), turning when edges appear dry (about 1-1¼ minutes per side).
