Homemade Wholemeal Pancakes

Ingredients
| 1 Cup | Wholemeal Flour |
| 1/3 Cup | Pure Nutrition WPC or WPI Protein Powder |
| 1 Tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 2 tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1/4 tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1 cup | Skim Milk |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 Tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
Directions
- Combine flour, Pure Nutrition protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Lightly beat milk, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
- Bake on preheated cooking pan (200°C), turning when edges appear dry (about 1-1¼ minutes per side).
